General Terms & Conditions of Use
Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account on 30 app, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Each individual may only operate one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential and not to share them with any third party. If you suspect that your account is being used without authorization, notify our support team immediately.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions
All financial transactions on 30 app are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and processed through a secure payment gateway. When making a deposit, you must use a payment method registered in your own name — transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted. Withdrawal requests generally take 1–3 business days to process, and withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed. 30 app reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if any suspicious or fraudulent financial activity is detected on the platform. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements, and bonuses may be forfeited if these requirements are not met.
Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy
All games on 30 app are operated through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system, ensuring that every outcome is completely fair and random. Using any kind of bot, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure. In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, the platform's server logs will be considered the final evidence. Players must gamble responsibly and refrain from placing bets beyond their means. Any results arising from technical errors or system failures will be considered void, and the wagered amount will be refunded.
Prohibited Activities & Account Termination
